Thirty years since their debut and on the precipice of their tenth studio release, Deftones continue to ascend artistically and commercially. This Spring, they played their first arena tour as the only headlining act and sold out every performance of the first leg, 26 shows. With a devoted fan base that’s grown over every album cycle and more recently, an organic explosion of young fans on social media, Deftones are more popular than ever, and they are finally being recognized for the depth and breadth of their musical and cultural influence. We’re excited to add to that effort.

The artists who generously lent their talents to this project hail from music communities in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Minneapolis, London and Deftones’ hometown, Sacramento. They selected music from across Deftones’ catalog and performed in a variety of genres, highlighting a sliver of Deftones’ wide and eclectic range of impact. ABOUT OASIS FOR YOUTH:
Oasis for Youth is a non-profit organization established in 2010 to address the barriers and lack of services for the rising number of youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Richfield, Bloomington, and Edina, Minnesota. They support youth aged 16-24 who live, work or attend school in those communities, however, no youth in need are turned away. Oasis operates a drop-in center in Bloomington and a community space in the Mall of America. They offer individualized case management, connections to resources, improved access to services and support, and assistance with basic needs. All services are free of charge.
